It is my pleasure to recommend a lengthy and FINISHED crossover!

When the Wolf and Grey Wolf Meet by Gil Hale is a crossover between two of my favorite fandoms, SPN (of course) and The Sentinel. In this Gen tale (sorry, slash lovers), Dean and Sam meet Jim and Blair while working a case. There are many great things about this fic, but one I really like is how Sam and Blair bond over being "little brothers." (Blair and Jim aren't blood related, but that doesn't stop Jim from being overprotective.)

Anyway, I wish their were more crossovers between these two shows, which is why I was all over this one as soon as I saw it., And even if you aren't into The Sentinel, you will still enjoy the read.

Here's an article from MediaBlvd Magazine musing on whether or not "Supernatural" is taking a stand on current issues of politics and war against terror through its myth arc. Mild spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen season 3 or its conclusion.

Personally, my view is while SPN certainly makes use of modern day themes that are swirling around in all our heads--good vs. evil and how does one know the difference, sacrifice for a higher cause, extremism, prejudice, vigilantism, alienation vs. family, compassion's role within violent struggle, etc.--I don't think Kripke & Co. are trying specifically to make a political statement as much as take these themes and turn them on their heads with an SPN twist.

Sometimes a demon is just a demon... ;-)

Hi, this is my first post in this community and I thought I should share with you this amusing discovery. If this was already posted or is not allowed at all, please delete it.
Ok, so I was searching for some inspiration and there was a bunch of websites, but all of them were like thumbnails and had no names or description, so I thought 'ok, I'll just pick one' and the very first (and not flashy at all) I picked was this:

I was so gobsmacked that a flying pig could flow right through my window and I wouldn't notice it. Cause, common, out of about 30 websites and I picked THIS one.
However, another kicker is WHEN this fine establishment was opened. And that would be - 1978! Hm, I wonder, was it on March 1st perhaps?
This place is located only in Miami. So if there are any SPN fans out there, could you visit it or something?
And if it was in Texas, it would make a fine place for an AU fic.:P

First of all: PLEASE NO YELLING!!!

We need your help.
shakuralee made a Wincest-Vid a few months ago. You can see it HERE.
The problem is, she used a lot of manips from different artists. A friend of her searched for the arts and gave it to her, so she was able to make the vid. Unfortunately, she didn't know she had to give credit to all the artists. And that's why we need your help.

I wrote a PM to her and she is a really kind and understanding and suggested to delete the vid.
But we all know that creating such a vid is a lot of work. And I for one suggested, that maybe we could ask the artists for permission and giving credit for the manips.

That's why we need your help. Since she didn't saved the pics on her own, she don't know the different artists. So please watch the vid. And if you know any of the arts please tell us who made them. So she can ask the artists for permission. This would be totally awesome!!

And once again: She didn't want to be dismissive. She just didn't know about the rule. Everyone of us was a newbie someday. And she made the vid when she was a newbie. So please, if you really wanna yell to somebody yell at me! 'Cause I told her we should try it this way instead of deleting the vid immediately!
